Veritas is happy to welcome to the series our first international Chef coming all the way from his restaurant Antler in Toronto, Canada. Michael is bringing his love for adventuring in the wild to his culinary dishes.

As an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and professional Chef, his focus is to offer contemporary dishes with an emphasis on game meat sustainably caught wild fish, wild foraged vegetables, and local ingredients.

A photographer/videographer may be present at the event, and by registering, guests consent to be photographed/videographed.

Is the event 21+? Yes. This is an adults-only affair.

What will there be to drink? Wine and sparkling wine are included in ticket prices. Soft drinks and water will also be available and are included in the ticket price.

Supper Series Chefs will be presenting a set menu, and substitutions will be limited. Menu coming soon!

How will you be handling food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Dietary allergies and restrictions are due 72 hours to Veritas Staff. Veritas can accommodate most restrictions: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. If you have any changes or concerns, please email us at [email protected]

Will there be seating? Yes, but not assigned seating.

What about the weather? Supper Series events will be held rain or shine.
